What is the purpose of training a player with a high intensive training level?
You will have to give a rest for players with low energy at some time in future and they will not gain the training points for that week. Or you will have to set a training on low level and your player will lose 20% of training points he achieved on high level
Putting this on calculator, your players will not get their training points faster |

It baffles me as well. The only "good" reason I can think of is that it allows transfer market flippers to sell players faster and for a higher price to gullible managers. But honestly I doubt that is worth it either, since high intensity training applies to your first team players as well. |

Yes, you definitely can't train your players at a high level if you compete in a top divisions. |

I never buy players with low energy, because to get them at 100 will cost training for all players. As I see it. |
