Me (Hrvoje Sokol) and manager ivan92 want to organize a tournament.

The tournament will feature 24 teams(4 groups with 6 teams.)
From each group will go through 4 teams.The first team from a group
carries 2 points in second part of tournament.The second team from group
carries 1 point in second part of tournament.Third and Fourth team doesn't carries points in second part of tournament.
16 teams which passed groups are in second part of tournament which contains 4 groups with 4 teams.First 2 teams from each group,are go through the quarter-finals.Then we play Semi-Finals,and Finale.
