There will be 32 teams,8 groups in each will be 4 teams
first team in group A will play with second team in group B etc...
Elimination stage is quarter-final,semi-final,final and 3th place match
Match will be played in bigger arena
if team doesnt accept request,other team will automatic win 15-0

cup will start 1 week after 32 teams sign up
