Sorry I'm a terrible coach. I can't afford staff to train everything so I'm training my keepers in keeping and everyone else in attacking. I can afford two 20 staff and this is what I chose. After a couple of seasons I'll switch to something else.

no you are the onne of best managers in Australia.
Continiue with training attack skills and after that you can switch to physical skills

Keep them in keeping training it is ok but you are one of the best managers in this region so you got to have a training plan.Because you got to be a source of players for NT.

I was referring to the comment by moam1 about my keeper Gall, not anything you've said vega_

G;Gall(the best goalkeeper I could find only problem is technique-3 and the guy that is training him isn't much of a coach. He has all of his physical skills between 6 and 9 and the technique is crap)

PS: I think this is the most conversation I've ever seen on this forum, the national team has already done us a lot of good!

Is anyone running for your NT Coach this season?

I applied in case nobody else did. Also because it annoys me to see completely unskilled 18 year olds or players with less than 100% condition in the squad.

I got an Australian player. Aiden Hogan. If you need his skills then PM me and I'll send them to you. Right handed and ice-cold.

Ugh. This team is a mess. I've dropped all Very Nervous players and players who had less than 100% energy. I'm looking at training up more than ONE single defensive formation and offensive tactic.

If you have players with preferably 10+ in any stat and who are not very nervous or low on energy let me know.

i think u shouldn't call your NT a mess.

I'm not sure why u drop every nervous player, they play the same level that an ice cold for 50 of the 60 minutes of the game... and u can always change the formation in the minute u want, if the nervous is better than the ice cold-> the best for the team is playing with the nervous except last ten minutes(also considering that the best player could become worse than the other during the match because of energy losed*also consider stamina*)

(last WC winner Sweeden has 5 very nervous 30% of his team)

About Energy,a player with skills in 7 an 80% energy is still better than a player with skills in 5 100% energy, and u could ask the trainers for a resting week before world cup.
Anyway, maybe some players under 100% energy who are training hard are the future of the NT, and they'll be in 100% in a few weeks resting, so there's no logical on dropping a good player for that reason, even more knowing NT is hardly going to win 1 match this season.

Probably it'd be good for u asking for advice to another NT coaches

i totally agree on training more than 1 formation

it would also be good look for an assistant(u can do it yourself) for looking for all aussies players in every division and country and ask their managers for a full inform of skills and training program

Sorry for the large message, good luck
