Hy,I would like to say my opinion about NT.
We have some nice players.During the season I had time to scout most of the players who are playing for NT right now.Ofcourse our NT isn't the best of the best but with smart coach and traning we could be in first 15 for about 3 or 4 seasons .Our main problems are defence and pivot.First seven in my opinion are:
G;Gall(the best goalkeeper I could find only problem is technique-3 and the guy that is training him isn't much of a coach. He has all of his physical skills between 6 and 9 and the technique is crap)
CB;Frost(he isn't very good at that position and it is not his natural postion but I can't see anyone better than him)
RB;Terlich(he is left-hander and has some good skills for the right-back and also as a right-wing but he is too tall and we already have a player for right-wing who is very good)
RW;Daymond(left-hander with solid skills and experience)
LB;Buchanan(solid skills in my opinion the best for this postion after Frost)
LW;Hardie(nice skills with solid experience the best for this positon if you ask me)
pivot is a critical spot and we don't have any player good enoguh for that positon.

Defence is also a giant problem.

Cheers

Yes,I agree with you.
Defence skills and pivot are the biggest problems right now.
But this is the first season of Austrlian NT and it is normal that can't be everything perfect, but in next seasons Australia will be better NT ofcourse

my player is gonna be trained as pivot, he can also play as advanced defense but he's still really poor on attacking skills

Sorry I'm a terrible coach. I can't afford staff to train everything so I'm training my keepers in keeping and everyone else in attacking. I can afford two 20 staff and this is what I chose. After a couple of seasons I'll switch to something else.
