Also, think like in the real handball: when you are in attack which player has the most physical contact - the pivot. And when you are in defense, basically all the players have physical contact. I hope it helps you a bit.

But does it mean that strength is useless for other attacking player ? And that strength has the same weight for all defenders ?

For this question I think the answer is yes (based on some real handball facts). But I am not sure if the game creators thought at this when they made the script.

A player needs to play at least 20 minutes to get experience, rating and team chemistry.

- A player gets 1 point of TC for every game he plays.
- He gets 1 point of rating for playing friendlies and 1-2 points of rating for other games.
- He gets 1 point of exp for playing a friendly, 2-3 points for playing regional league and cup games, 4-6 exp for playing League of Champions and 10 - 14 for playing in the League of Champions final.

Experience goes up to 500, rating to 100 and team chemistry to 20

Edit: Rating is also limited by players talent

500/10 = 50 XP-points

From FAQ:

Team chemistry indicates how well the player has “gelled” with the team. Anything lower than 5 stars (meaning team chemistry of 20) and the players performance is impaired. With team chemistry 1 (a newly bought or pulled player has a team chemistry of 1) a player plays 30 % worse. Each game the player plays (friendly games included) adds 1 to players team chemistry. Players that are experienced can get 2 team chemistry points each game they play. Each point of team chemistry reduces the negative effect by 1.5%.

So team chemistry 20 is 5 stars
