i have a database i made for picking the team but need all the help i can get on finding suitable players. i have sent (and received) messages to(from) a few managers and am getting an idea of my squad but plenty room for new players.

As well as skills the following are listed in my order of importance
the higher the experience and rating the better
the higher the energy levels the better
the higher the talent the better
wages are also a good indicator especially early in the season

talent will eventually be more important but all the players in the game are too under developed for it to matter yet.

finally all my ideas come from playing gi my handball skills/knowledge is limited at best

lol you weren't supposed to notice that but it's a fact that the best players are the ones that started right at the beginning of the game

Have gone for as much experience as possible this time around but long term its 4+ star talents we seek
