Thanks. It was incredibly close - both RedStar Light and my team finished on the same number of points and had the same goal difference. We also split our games in the regular season. In the end, I think the only thing that separated us was that I beat them by two goals and they only beat me by one! So I was incredibly lucky and conversely, RedStar Light were extraordinarily unlucky. As happy as I am to get a tenth Top Division title, I actually feel a bit sorry for them. They've narrowly missed out before, but this latest failure really takes the cake! If I were the RSL manager, I'd be wondering what on earth I had to do to win a TD. However, he shouldn't despair entirely, because my best players are nearing the end of their careers and I myself and seriously contemplating leaving the game - just kind of bored with it and wanting to move on to other things in my life.

Congratulations in turn on winning the Regional Cup. I'm at a bit of a loss though to understand why I lost that so heavily. In every other final I've played in, whether I won or lost, the result has always been really close, usually decided by only one or two goals (and sometimes in extra time after being tied at full time). Plus, I beat you fairly well in the league games. Sometimes it seems like a completely different match engine is used for the Regional Cup, and especially the finals. I really don't get it. But anyway, congrats and good luck in the HBLC.
