Hello ladies and gentlemen here's the idea, i would like to have 2 to 4 teams of each region (please apply if you think you'll stay for quite a while, and check regularly PM and thread), depending on number of teams i'll decide the exact format, but there'll be a group stage in home & away format (each team plays the other ones in his group, one time home and the other time at the opponent's home), next there'll be a second phase in which places will be at stake in another group phase in home & away format OR single-game format (depending if on 16,24 or 32 teams). The deadline to accept matches is Friday 20:00 CEST (Central Europe Summer Time). You'll all receive a PM announcing the start of the cup, groups will be published in this post later on.
The tiers will be in this order: Goals Scored, Goals Against, Direct matchups, Discipline (red cards, 2 min suspensions, yellow cards in this order).
