So I wanna start a (healthy) discussion:

Everyone hears music, there's this new bands and singers like Lady Gaga, System of a Dawn, etc...

But no one talks about old music, my idea is to start a game, like, someone posts a music, then the next poster has to comment on the music/performers and post another song.

I can start:

Smoke on The water by Deep Purple - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WX_4FNoto4&translated=1

First of all: It's system of a down
Second: they're not that new

Smoke on the water: nice music... for at about 10-15 times, then I get sick of constant the same tune. Had it for a long time on my pc but deleted it some time ago. Deep purple: I think "Child in time" is one of the greatest songs ever made
I don't know much more about Deep Purple though...

My ancient best song: The Doors - Riders on the Storm

Anything made after the 80's is too new in my opinion.

For some reason, sometime early ninetees, most music produced turned crappy. I think it has to do with MTV and artists needing to look sexy rather than sing well.
