But he crossed the line for what the admins was willing to accept.
Written rule or not, the admins also make calls on things not written in the rules.
This is a small online game, so it's perfectly normal that every aspect can't be covered in the rules.
No one would read the rules (if the admins tried to cover every single aspect), and they would mainly have to use their time on updating rules constantly.
As said earlier.. Things are not necessarily allowed just because they are not covered in the rules.
People need to use their common sense.
There are always people trying to push the limits for what's allowed.
And there will always be people without morals and ethics, who will try to twist and turn every rule (or missing rule) to their advantage.
The admins own or control the game, and are expected to draw a line where they feel it's necessary (to keep the game healthy and enjoyable for all users).

Until he didn't overpaid crappy players (and they were neither crap or overpaid), I don't see it as a matter of fairness.
Until he was respecting this line, he was free to buy any player he wanted, even if about to quit.

So I hope I understand this cause right
jadawin sold out his players for big money and than wanted to "donate" his money to his country-mates (Frenchmen) by bidding on their players???
Clear broken rules

Argh, you did it again, what did I say ?
If we had some brilliant admins, who really showed how implicated they are in the game, and how fair they are, such decisions would be more easily respected.
But they are nothing close to that. So then, when you face such bad admins, rules are importants.
You can say that everything can be written in the rules. Sure.
But maybe that if there is no rule telling : "a manager can't buy players when he decides to leave", it's because such a rule would look stupid and abusive for a lot of people ? Comme sense ? Seems like everybody don't have the same common sense about that subject. |

This can be marked as "deals" and "short time transfers between 2 teams" and it is forbidden in many online games which I know because of ruining free transfer market. |

It looks like one of the best managers got banned despite he didn't break any of the rules!!!
He wanted to quit - so it doesn't hurt anyone, but it looks wrong.
Bid on the players from the same country he was - a lot of people do it.
Someone can think he wanted to give his money by transfers to some users - it isn't forbidden! Maybe it should(because can give some financial advantage), but so far is not forbidden! So why jadawin was punished by "capital punishment"?
By the way accusing of cheating is forbidden by the rules, but wasn't punished anyway... |
Wrong.
On transfer market you should buy and sell players. No donate money for other managers. |
